The Dubai Expat Diaries

The popular Dubai food festival - Taste of Dubai which had been a hit last year, is coming back bigger and better this 2009.  It is going to be held at Dubai Media City from 11th – 14th March 2009. 

For those of you who haven’t heard of it yet, Taste of Dubai 2009 gives people the chance to meet celebrity chefs and taste their creations, learn from professional chefs, sample fine beverages, etc…and simply have a good time with your friends and family.  The event will also feature live entertainment and something to keep the kids busy.

The Event Director, Victoria Crick  said: ‘We know that there are a lot of enthusiastic foodies who enjoy fine dining and beverages, but everyone also wants to make sure they get value for money these days. We can offer a superb night out, or afternoon’s entertainment, and for a fraction of the cost of dining in one single restaurant you can taste your way around 22 of Dubai’s finest establishments not to mention improving your own cooking skills at the same time!’
