Expats worried about Job Security

It is but obvious the impact these recent job losses as well as the general state of the economy will have on an ordinary expat’s psyche. A new research by YouGovSiraj shows that at least half the UAE residents are worried about job security. And one third of the expats know close friends or family members who have lost their jobs.
It also reveals that many expats have cut down on their spending, switching to budget brands, avoiding easy credit solutions, and preferring to eat at home. In fact, a significant number are avoiding shopping malls altogether to prevent impulse buying.
