DreamWorks Animation SKG has announced plans to set up a branded theme park in Dubai, with the help of Tatweer. The multi billion dirham investment will spread out over 46.5 hectares and will be located in the Dubai Land area, which is already touted to be the biggest leisure, tourism and entertainment development in the world. This follows the Universal Studios plans (announced late 2007) to invest $2.2 billion to make a theme park and Universal City in Dubai Land.
