Seeking Property Consultants/ Regional Sales Managers for a leading Property Company in Dubai. Skills

• Experienced Real Estate Professionals required for new development in UAE.
• Professionals with other Sales Experiences can also apply
• Freshers with good sales skills and good communication skills in English can also apply
• You will be responsible to enroll agents and monitor their needs in our international sales campaign.
• Candidates must be a self starter, proactive and also possess sales skills for presentations and have a keen knowledge of closing sales.
• Candidates must speak and read and write excellent English.
• A special consideration to bi-lingual real estate professionals with a deep cultural knowledge of Russia, Iran, Scandinavia, England, South Africa.

Responsibilities:

• To meet sales targets, by providing professional real estate consultancy to property buyers in order to conclude a sale to the buyer’s satisfaction.
• Review and respond promptly to all sales queries.
• Be proactive in soliciting potential buyers
• Educate customers and match property options with buyer’s needs.
• Escort potential buyers to the site.
• Assist in the transfer of title deeds from the developer to the new owner.
