Conditions for cancelling visas without consent
1 Comment Published by Dubai Expat September 14th, 2006 in Work.The Khaleej Times on September 13, 2006 reports that the Ministry of Labour has defined sixe cases in which the sponsorship of a labourer can be cancelled without sponsor and labourer consent. This is to come into force after 15 days…and some of the conditions include if labourers are caught unemployed, or without work for over 3 months without pending litigation for the saem, etc.
